Most agencies excel at strategy, brand, and creative — and burn 60% of project margin on the engineering. I build the engineering layer for you, white-label, under your brand. Your client never knows I exist. You ship sites that score 95+ PageSpeed and sleep at night.

How it works

  1. You qualify the project. Agency does discovery, scope, contract, billing — exactly the way you do today.
  2. You hand off design + brief. Figma file, content, integrations, deadline. I sign your NDA before any details change hands.
  3. I build under your brand. Code, deploy, launch — invisible. Repo can be in your GitHub org. Cloudflare Pages or your client's preferred host.
  4. You stay the relationship. Your client sees your team. Your invoice. Your support channel. I work through you.

  • E-commerce (Shopify Hydrogen, custom carts on Stripe)

  • 95+ PageSpeed mobile guaranteed (or you pay nothing)

Agency pricing

Agency rate: €90/hour on retainer, €120/hour ad-hoc. Or fixed-price by deliverable, scoped from your spec. You apply your own margin on top — most agencies bill clients €180–€300 for the same hour.

What I will not do

  • Compete with you. I never approach your clients directly. Ever.
  • Take on agency work and direct work in the same vertical / region simultaneously without disclosing.
  • Build sites I do not believe will perform. If your client's brief is broken (15MB hero video on every page), I tell you so you can push back — not the other way around.
