Terms & Conditions
The simple terms of working together.
No surprises. Read it once, print it, sign one PDF, build a great site. Plain English. Greek law applies because that is where I am based.
1. What you're paying for
A fixed-scope website rebuild as described in the quote you receive after the free 15-minute audit. The quote names the package (Performance Rebuild, Full Brand + Site, or Premium / Custom), the deliverables, the timeline, and the price. Anything not in the quote is out of scope.
2. Payment
- 50% on signing the quote (kicks off the work).
- 50% on launch (when the new site goes live on your domain).
- Invoices via SEPA, IBAN, or Wise. No card processing fees passed on.
- Late payment: 7 days grace, then 1.5% per month interest as Greek law allows.
3. Timeline
The quote names a delivery window (typically 3 weeks for Performance Rebuild, 5 weeks for Full Brand + Site). The clock starts when payment 1 lands AND you have provided me with the inputs listed in the quote (existing content, DNS access, etc.). If those are delayed, the timeline shifts day-for-day.
4. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included on visual design. Functional changes (new sections, integrations, copy rewrites) outside the original scope are billed at €120/hour, agreed in writing before any work begins.
5. Ownership
On final payment, you own the site code, the design files, and all content you provided or commissioned. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio and case studies unless you explicitly request otherwise.
6. The 95+ PageSpeed guarantee
If your new site does not score 95 or higher on Google PageSpeed Insights mobile within 30 days of launch (measured with default settings, real production URL, content as-launched), I refund every dollar you paid. The guarantee covers Performance only — Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO are best-effort. Caveat: if you add third-party scripts, ad networks, or chat widgets after launch, the guarantee voids.
7. Hosting & domain
The site is built to deploy on Cloudflare Pages (free) or any static host you prefer (Vercel, Netlify, S3+CloudFront). I'll set up the initial deployment and DNS migration. Ongoing hosting costs are yours. For Premium tiers we may use Cloudflare Workers (paid plan) — that's called out in the quote.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel any time. If you cancel before payment 2, you keep everything I have built so far in whatever state it is in. Payment 1 is non-refundable (it covers the work already done). I can also walk away if you become impossible to work with — in which case I refund payment 1 minus my hours at €120/h.
9. Liability
My total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid me for that project. I carry no liability for indirect damages (lost revenue, lost bookings, etc.). I do everything I reasonably can to avoid mistakes and respond fast when they happen.
10. Disputes
Greek law applies. Any dispute we cannot resolve directly goes to the courts of Athens, Greece. We will probably never get there because I refund unhappy clients before things escalate.
