Quality Policy
My quality commitments. In writing. Refundable.
Most agencies write quality policies for compliance auditors. This one is written for you, the client. Every commitment below is measurable and tied to a refund or remedy if I break it.
1. Performance — 95+ PageSpeed mobile
Every site I deliver scores 95 or higher on Google PageSpeed Insights mobile within 30 days of launch. This is measured against the production URL with default Lighthouse settings. If the score is below 95 within that window — for any reason on my side — you get every dollar back. The full guarantee is in the Terms & Conditions, section 6.
2. Delivery on time
The quote names a delivery window. I deliver on or before that date, assuming you supply the agreed inputs on time. If I miss the deadline on my own (no input delays), I refund 5% of the project cost for every week late, capped at 25% of the project value.
3. Weekly visible progress
Every Monday during a project, you receive a deployed link to a work-in-progress version of your new site. You can click around. You can show your team. You can spot direction issues early instead of at the end. No "trust me, it's coming along" updates.
4. Plain-English contracts
All my legal documents — Terms, Privacy, Cookies, Quality, Security — are written so a non-lawyer can read and understand them in under five minutes per page. If anything is unclear, ask me and I'll either explain it or rewrite it.
5. Public pricing
Tier prices are published on the homepage. They are the same for every client. No quote shopping, no "let me check with my partner," no discounts for being aggressive in a call. Custom scope is custom scope — that gets a written estimate within 24 hours.
6. 30 days of post-launch support
For 30 days after launch I fix anything that breaks. Bugs, deployment issues, broken integrations, content edits — all included. After 30 days, if you want ongoing support, we agree on a small monthly retainer or you go ad-hoc at €120/hour.
7. Honest no
If I am not the right person for your project — wrong stack, wrong timeline, wrong budget, wrong industry — I tell you in the audit call and refer you to someone better when I can. I would rather lose a project than ship one I cannot stand behind.
How to hold me to this
